‘Jammu & Kashmir is a special state, but it has become a hub of conspiracies’, says Engineer Rashid

Engineer Rashid today said,’No party will win more than 25 seats. J&K is a special state, but it has become a hub of conspiracies. The vision for the upliftment of Kashmiris is very important.’ He added,’Why will I join hands with the BJP? Power is a very small thing for me. I was an independent MLA and I would have joined any party. If power had been my priority I would have joined hands with PM Modi.’
