🙌Dish 1 is the umamilicious Mushroom Tapas featuring our star mushrooms Oyster, Sun-dried Shiitake and Lions mane mushrooms!!!🤤

🔸Ingredients used🔸

arlborio rice
Shiitake mushrooms
Lion’s mane mushrooms
Chopped onions
SNAK herbed garlic butter
Italian fresh herbs.

🔸Preparation🔸

*Sauté garlic and onions in Olive oil/butter for few minutes
*Sauté lions mane and shiitake mushrooms along with it
*Flavour it further with cheese that’s stringy when cooked. Cheddar and mozzarella along with some Parmesan are used in this recipe for flavour.
Watch out for salt because cheese will already be salty.
*Mix it up with cooked arborio rice and coat it with roasted bread crumbs.
*Airfry for 20minutes at 200 degrees.
*Enjoy this umamilicious Tapas hot!
