Abusers don’t allow for nuance. Everything is all or nothing.
🔹 You either love them unconditionally, or you’re "against them."
🔹 You either obey their rules, or you’re "disrespectful."
🔹 They never see their own contradictions—only yours.

And let’s talk about boundaries. Because while healthy boundaries create safety, rigid boundaries are often just another form of control.

🚩 A boundary is NOT:
❌ A way to manipulate how someone behaves.
❌ An excuse to punish someone.
❌ A way to shut people out without communication.

If someone sets a “boundary” but it’s really about controlling how you act, think, or feel—it's not a boundary. It’s a demand.
