The Benefits of Riding Solo

My first trip was a solo one, as have been the majority of those that have come since.
It never occurred to me to do it any other way just because there was no one else I knew who was in a position to go cycling for an indefinite amount of time.

And the truth is, I enjoy it. I love being out on my own and I think there are some very beneficial aspects to travelling solo that would be missed if you were part of a group.
This video is me talking about those points.
