Ultimately, you want to spend the first several months testing your campaign and improving it as you go. Your best performance will come after several months of testing In-Market Audiences, Remarketing Lists, Similar Audiences, Custom Intent Audiences, Content Targeting, Placement Targeting, Topic Targeting, Affinity Audiences, and Custom Affinity Audiences.

If you can drive conversions with your campaign, it will help you drive better results over time. You can start with a Manual CPC with Enhanced CPC bidding strategy. Once you get conversion data, you want to switch to a Target CPA or Target ROAS bid strategy.
