As a thing of passion for female development and advocacy for empowerment, she founded Femme Lead Africa to solve for development among young girls, with a focus on capacity building in leadership, entrepreneurship/career, and tech. She is a firm believer that capacity building and advocacy for resources/infrastructure for feamle development is the solution to some GBV issues. She has been recognized with several awards from prestigious organizations because of her work in the development sector.
