The National Diabetes Prevention Program (NDPP) works to build infrastructure for local sites to deliver a proven type 2 diabetes lifestyle change program that offer participants a trained Lifestyle Coach, CDC approved curriculum and in-person group or online support over the course of a year. The NDPP works to make it easier for people
with or at high risk for prediabetes to participate in affordable high quality lifestyle change programs to reduce their risk of type 2 diabetes and improve their health.
