వంకాయ పచ్చడి మనం general గా చేసేదే .కానీ చింతకాయ తొక్కుతో కలిపి నూరితే , నోటికి చాలా హితవుగా ఉంటది. చేయటం కూడా easy. రోజు చేసేవి కాకుండా different variety కోసం నేను ఇంట్లో ఇలాంటివి చేస్తుంటాను. మొన్న relatives వచ్చినప్పుడు చేస్తే , వాళ్ళ surprise and ప్రశంశల వర్షం ....మీరు కూడా చేయండి.

కావలసిన పదార్ధాలు

Brinjal and tomato-250gms
Ghee - 1tsp
Black Gram - 1 tsp
Bengal Gram - 1tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1tsp
Curry Leaves - 2 or 3 springs
Red chilli -1
Asafoetida - little
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - little
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Garlic- 7-8 cloves
Stored tamarind paste – 1 small bowl
Coriander leaves - small bowl
