Alu Matar Chat recipe is a very popular snack in all over Odisha. This is a very delicious, tasty, and mouthwatering chatpata chat recipe. This dish is prepared with yellow peas(matar), potato(alu), and with lots of different spices.



Ingredients:-
1. Boiled Matar - 200 gm
2. Boiled Potatoes - 2
3. Pampad
4. Sev - 2 tbsp
5. Curd - 1 tbsp
6. Tomato Ketchup - 5 tbsp
7. Roasted Peanut - 1 tbsp
8. Chat Masala - 1 tsp
9. Black Salt - 1 tsp
10.Cumin - 1 tsp
11. Kashmir Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
12. Oil - 1 tbsp
13. Tamarind Chutney - 2 tbsp
14. Chopped Onion - 1
15. Chopped Cucumber - 1
16. Chopped Green Chilli - 1
17. Chopped Coriander - 2 tbsp
18. Grated Coconut - 2 tbsp
19. Salt to Taste
20. Turmeric powder
21. ginger garlic pest
