WAKE UP!★The Habits to Create an Extraordinary Life★

If you want to create an extraordinary life, wake up every single morning, happy, excited, and full of energy. You can do that by following these steps.
First, when you wake up in the morning. You need to jump out of bed. Say 54321 and get up, Wake up. And start moving. Start your day with physical activity. Walk, run, exercise. Move your body.
The biggest things you need to avoid are your phone, checking emails, watching tv. These only create fear and anxiety. Instead, read something positive, something that will improve your life. The first hour of the day, your brain is primed to absorb any information that comes its way. Fill it with something positive instead.
Next, you need to eat a healthy breakfast. That means eating foods high in protein and nutrients, and avoiding sugar and too many carbs at all costs. Skipping breakfast is not an option either.
It’s going to be difficult at first because your body is so used to waking up slowly, feeling miserable, thinking negative, dreading the day ahead. But, when you continue to follow these steps every day for at least 21 days, you will Create the habit of waking up full of energy and full of excitement. You will wake up every morning happy and eager to start tackling the challenges of the day. You will accomplish more in a day than you ever have in a week. Now imagine doing this every day. Creating a habit to make it seem effortless. Imagine the momentum you will create, imagine how much you can accomplish.
Now as we continue, you can listen to this audio while completing the previous steps as you will now create your intentions for the day. Ask yourself right now. What do you need to accomplish today, what must you accomplish today? When you create a need, there is more urgency and drive to complete it. So what is your intention? What must you accomplish. Knowing that your mind is being primed right now to accomplish this task. Consciously and subconsciously.
The final step is having a grateful heart, and filling the mind with positive thoughts. This is the most important step and is actually a proven method to multiply your blessings.
So Listen and repeat as long as you would like.
