This is another Harold Arlen song, originally sung by Judy Garland in her 1954 musical "A Star Is Born". Esther (Garland's character) sings the song near the beginning of the film, just as she is about to meet Norman Maine (James Mason) for the first time. They're doomed, obviously!

It was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Song that year, and has been recorded by various other artists, including various male versions - Tony Bennett, Frank Sinatra. Besides Ira Gershwin's lyric, sung by Garland and others, there is another lyric for Arlen's music written by Johnny Mercer - "I Can't Believe My Eyes".
