Jerry Miculek- What do you mean when you say focus on the visual aspect of shooting?

"What is the most important distinction about getting to a high level shooting ability, like making grand master.
A lot of people are looking for the trick or shortcut, but I know there is no such thing. The only way to get there is a commitment to putting the time in, as much as it takes, in the most effective way possible.
A lot of my time is spent focusing on refining the mechanical.
That said, I here you say on video clips here and there that you want to "stay out of the mechanical and stay in visual" focus on "seeing what I need to see" and that "vision skills are what carry the day".
I hang on these words and think about them endlessly...maybe I make to much of it.
Can you talk about this, expand on it a little maybe? I am trying to internalize this more as a high B on verge of A that flirts with GM level runs occasionally..."
