In this video, we will be doing 3 kettlebell exercises, (3K Combo), the kettlebell deadlift, kettlebell bicep curls and kettlebell goblet squat. These 3 kettlebell exercises are great to get a full body kettlebell workout done, in a short amount of time. In a 5,4,3 rep scheme, we will do each exercise on the minute for 9 minutes.
