MOJITO

5-8 Mint Leaves
2 oz/60 ml White Rum
.75 oz/22.5 ml Lime Juice
.75 oz/22.5 ml Simple Syrup
2 oz/60 ml Soda Water

Method

1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker tin except the soda.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a Highball glass with fresh ice.
4. Top with soda water.
5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

EL PRESIDENTE

1.5 oz/45 ml White Rum
.75 oz/22.5 ml Dry Vermouth
.25 oz/7.5 ml Dry Curacao
1 BSP/5 ml Grenadine

Method

1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a Martini glass.

CUBA LIBRE

2 oz/60 ml White Rum
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice
4 oz/120 ml Coca Cola

Method

1. Build in a Highball glass in the order listed.
2. Garnish with a lime Edge.

DAIQUIRI

2 oz/60 ml White Rum
1 oz/30 ml Lime Juice
.75 oz/15 ml Simple Syrup

Method

1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a Coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a Lime wheel.

DARK 'N STORMY

2 oz/60 ml Gosling Black Seal Rum
3 oz/90 ml Ginger Beer
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice

Method

1. In a Highball glass with ice add the Lime juice and Ginger Beer.
2. Float the Goslings rum on top.
3. Garnish with a Lime wedge.

LINCOLN CLUB COOLER

2 oz/60 ml White Rum
4 oz/120 ml Ginger Ale
1 Dash Angostura Bitters]

Method

1. Build in the glass.
