I can't unsee the state of my bridle....!

First may I say I had a brilliant time. Always a bit nerve racking going to a new riding place and getting on a horse you've never met before. The sun was out the aeroplanes where over head landing and taking off but what a beautiful set up to get out and have a mooch. This place allowed you to pitch up get and horse and trek out on your own, Eh NO, not me I asked for a guide then I met a lovely lady on the way from the stables to the farm and rather I or her ride alone I went back and asked her if she wanted to join me on the lovely Friesian she rode twice a week. Thank you Sofie for your company x and it also helped that her English was better than my Danish.
Okay while editing this it did begin to dawn on me my bridle was in the wrong place, I think I actually thought it was the head collar.....BUT NO. We certainly started out in the correct place I made a point of checking my tack being the responsible adult I am !!! I'm gutted letting this happen....not really sure what could have happened (obviously coming over the ears total disaster ) but slipping down the neck hmmm. She gave me a great ride out. Note to self check and keep checking ....always a school day.
