First, we will teach you how to enter into foot-to-hand. Next, we will teach you how to enter into reverse bird. Lastly we'll be teaching you how to go from foot-to-hand into reverse bird.

This acro yoga beginner tutorial will teach you how to do foot-to-hand. To do so, the base taps the flyer's foot and she raises it.
