In this video, we go over how to remove a cPanel from your Reseller WHM.

First you want to log into the WHM.

Next, find the terminate tool. You can simply type ‘terminate’ in the search bar on the left hand sidebar menu, or look under the Account Functions category and then select ‘Terminate an Account’ from the list of tools.

Once on the terminate page, look through the list of cPanels and click on the one you want to remove.

A confirmation box will appear to prevent any accidental deletions. Click OK to continue.

A script will now run on the server and remove the cPanel.

To verify the account has been removed, type ‘List’ in the left hand search bar and click on the ‘List Accounts’ option. A list of cPanels on the WHM will be presetnt here. The cPanel you just removed should no longer be listed.
