learn how to square abstract and bill in 10 minutes,

take note you square on the dimensional paper in the squaring column, underline your answer in the squaring column,
when abstracting you have to use the abstracting paper,put the unit of measurement first then the description under the unit of measurement, remember all the descriptions on the abstracting paper are the same with those on the dimensional paper, put the unit of measurement again at the bottom of the description, reduce 'round off' the quantity to a whole number with the unit of measurement. dont forget to put the page numbers. when done cross your work with different colour pens to show that you have cross checked your work.

when Billing numbering should be done in the margin column, descriptions should be the same with those on the abstract paper but should be written nicely in full, insert the unit of measurement, in the unit column, and the quantity in the quantity column, remember all this should be taken from the abstract paper to the bill paper....
