Divisibility Rule for 3
1. Add all the digits in the number
2. If the sum of the digits is divisible by 3, then the whole number is divisible by 3

Divisibility Rule for 9:
1. Add all the digits in the number
2. If the sum of the digits is divisible by 9, then the whole number is divisible by 9.
