Formed in 2004 from Sverdlovsk, Ukraine and fronted by Igor Sidorenko (mostly known as frontman of Stoned Jesus), Funeral Of The Sun play death-doom with a progressive touch.
Funeral Of The Sun were one of the first underground bands in the Lugansk region who played doom metal.

Unfortunately, due to some inner problems in the band, frontman Igor became the only remaining member forcing the band to become a solo project. Left alone Igor managed to record the songs in his home studio, completing a demo version of "The Enchanted Forests of Autumn" album. This demo received numerous positive reactions in the doom-metal scene.
