In this HubSpot tutorial, we will walk you through how-to prevent Hubspot employee access to your account.

By default, HubSpot employees, such as your onboarding specialist, support specialists, and account manager, have limited access to parts of your HubSpot account to help you with using HubSpot. But you can prevent HubSpot employees from accessing your account.

Steps to follow:

1. Log in to your HubSpot account and click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.

2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Account Defaults.

3. Click the Security tab. Scroll down to Account Access, clear the HubSpot Employee Access checkbox.

4. In the dialog box, click Yes.

5. That's how you can prevent HubSpot employee access to your account.
