Welcome to the official documentary of 'Bethel Institute of Basic Level Education', a special school and residential center dedicated to nurturing children and adults with intellectual disabilities and learning challenges in Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Established in 2004 by Dr. R Immanuel Arulraj and his wife Mrs. Beaula Ranjitha Subashini, who both are qualified special educators . They started this institute with a vision to create an inclusive environment where every child, regardless of their intellectual challenges, is given the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to society.
