Additionally, when utilizing a shell script for log collection, it's imperative to specify the full, absolute path to the log files. Keep in mind that the maximum size for log collection uploads is 60 MB (compressed) or 25 files, and accepted file types include .log, .zip, .gz, .tar, .txt, .xml, .crash, and .rtf.
