Setting up audio in a dual PC streaming setup 🔊

Elgato Wave Link makes it easy 💯

TLDW:

We need 2 audio connections between your PCs

1. Get Wave Link on your gaming PC

2. Send the stream mix through the HDMI that's between your gaming PC and 4K Pro (or other Elgato capture card) that’s inside of your streaming PC - Audio connection 1 ✅

3. Plug a 3.5mm AUX cable from your streaming PC's "Speaker Out" to your gaming PC's "Line In"

4. Create a new audio input source in Wave Link to be the "Line In" port you just plugged in - Audio connection 2 ✅

5. In OBS on your streaming PC, change the Audio Monitoring to "Monitor and Output" on the sources you want to hear back in your headphones

6. Mute the "Line In" source in Wave Link to your stream mix ⚠️
