Using UK government MSOA data, I crunch the numbers on excel and I visualise the data on Elastic Search: Kibana.

I explain the overall patterns the data presents and from there give some advice on what areas to look for so you can minimise capital decline in the event of a market crash.

I look at the correlations between social grade, capital growth and rising markets along with declining markets.

I also talk about the 18 year property cycle and show some data which highlights how repetitive the 18 year property cycle is.
