Is this Harley Benton better than a Fender?

Is the Harley Benton ST-62 better than Fender? This is Steve's Harley Benton ST-62 DLX in Olympic White. With Rowell pickups, a Basswood body and a caramelised maple neck, this could be the best guitar you can get in its price bracket.

The anodised gold pickguard really sets off the Olympic white body.

We've tried many Harley Benton guitars but this may be the best one to date.

Compared to a squier stratocaster, this feels like a step above. The fretwork is better than what you'd get on a Fender Playet Stratocaster too.
