Information:

This is a soundtrack exclusive track developed from a "newscast" style briefing initially designed for the game.

The idea was to "Tarantino" it and use a post-heist news cast to describe to the player before the heist what the heist is all about - and then start the heist with a title card saying "45 minutes earlier" or something to that effect.

This idea was dropped during development, and only two news cast movies - one with final audio and one with placeholder audio - are in existence. This music track is developed from the news cast movie that had final audio.

The news anchor voice over is provided by Simon Kerr, the same voice actor who provides the voice to Dallas.
