In this episode I speak to Swindon Town Women's player, Laura Holden, as she talks about the upcoming season, whilst delving into the insights into her career. Starting out from Bristol City Academy, Laura then moved onto Bridgewater United, before Cheltenham Town, then making the decision to try something new out, moving to Scotland, playing for Aberdeen. At Aberdeen, Laura unfortunately faced a setback and hit a big injury, putting her out for over a year. With multiple thoughts, including the potential of even walking away from the game despite the setback, Laura decided to move to Swindon Town to work with her former manager, Richard Wood.
