Are you coming up at the top of the search results for Google Maps? Google Maps is a great way for your customers to find you locally. To appear higher in the Google Maps search results, you want to increase the number of your address citations found. Citations can come from online directories like yellowpages.com, Angie's list and other review sites. Search for your competitors' address citations; where they are listed, see if you can be also. Put the street address in quotes when you are looking for online addresses. The citations that show up at the top of the search results are coming from pages with more "link juice".
