So , will be starting with Members Only Chess Tournament (Once a month) BUT I have decided something really different format.

Everyone will play the tournament together but prizes will be given in 4 categories (chess.com rating)

1) 0 - 700
2) 700 - 1300
3) 1300 - 1800
4) 1800+

Eligibility : Whatever number of players playing in any specific category , Half of them will get prize
For example , in 1st one let's say there are 8 players and in 2nd one there are 6 , so top 4 from 1st category and top 3 from 2nd category are eligible for prize.
In case of odd numbers let's say 7 then (7-1)/2 = 3 will be eligible

Cash Prize is fixed : 30Rs

My reasons for such putting such structure :

1) Because prize money is not much so lesser chances of cheating
2) All level of players will get opportunity to get prize so it's a motivating factor
3) I want to give prize to more number of people rather than giving high prize to lesser people
4) This is all about practice, learning and improving and at this stage it's not about Earning.
(Maybe in future will work on it too)
