Happy Thanksgiving 2015! Thermoregulation (TR) is the psychic ability to manipulate temperature. TR can be used to heat or cool anything from your body temperature to a cup of coffee. I am fairly new to this craft, but have had some success increasing my body temperature, melting ice cubes and as you will see in this video, heating a thermometer.

I use the usual empathy, mindset and energy approach to transfer my heat or source energy to my target. As mentioned in the video, sun gazing prior to performing Thermoregulation seems to boost our ability to increase temperature. I have not yet confirmed this but suspect that absorbing the cold silver light of the moon will help practitioners decrease temperature.

I have refrained from describing my personal thought processes used during TR because I believe we should each develop our own technique in accordance with our energy and imagination. Some folks may simply envision sending heat waves directly from their Pineal gland to the target, while others may imagine channeling solar energy into the chakras and projecting the warmth to the target via their eyes, hands or a wand.

As with all forms of psychic abilities there is no right or wrong approach. Experiment with different techniques and use what works best for you. I started by increasing my own body temperature and using an oral thermometer to measure my progress. A 2 degree increase or decrease in body temperature may seem insignificant but I assure you it is not. PSI abilities start small and grow slow. Remain confident, patient and persistent and time will do the rest.
