I know, technically it's December tomorrow, but since my upload day is today, I thought I'd welcome it a little early. :)

Orange Spiced Biscotti recipe with my modifications:
I used this one as a base

My modifications:
I added 150g of brown sugar instead of 250g white sugar. I think 250g is a little too much!
Also changed the amount of flour. I used 200g of plain flour + 75g of almond flour. Then if the dough seems too wet, add a bit more flour at the end while you're mixing.
To ease the shaping of the dough put some neutral cooking oil on your hands.
Almonds instead of hazelnuts
I added 1 tbsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
Bake for 25 mins at 180C/ 356F, then take out, cut, place cut side up on the tray and bake for another 5 minutes on each side.
