Not necessarily, this one is a huge stretch when you really think about it. Can the Joker shown in the new Suicide Squad (2016) film really be Jason Todd? But funny thing is, it is isn't as unlikely as you might think it is. Rey and Tim take opposite sides of this theory, to flesh out both arguments. Hopefully it will be explained in the film.
