Hi, and welcome to your YouTube channel. Today's video will discuss the relationship between ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO/TS 9002: 2016.

The ISO 9000 series consists of several interrelated standards, but the most prominent and commonly implemented standard is ISO 9001.

ISO/TS 9002:2016 guides the intent of the requirements in ISO 9001:2015, with examples of possible steps an organization can take to meet the requirements. It does not add to, subtract from, or in any way modify those requirements.

ISO/TS 9002:2016 does not prescribe mandatory approaches to implementation or provide any preferred method of interpretation.

ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a QMS and provides a systematic approach for organizations to manage quality throughout their processes. It focuses on key principles such as customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, continual improvement, evidence-based decision-making, and relationship management.
