35 mm Film Projector Room from a cinema hall of yore, in India

Описание к видео 35 mm Film Projector Room from a cinema hall of yore, in India

See this archaic and archival footage from the film projector room of a 35 mm theater in India, before the days of digital prints and hard drives! The spool is fed with the film and it takes off, at a constant speed, to play out the film, with the sprockets stopping at every frame, to screen the film at a uniform speed of 24 fps.

The projector shown also has the ability to screen 70 mm movies. The lamp is manually switched on and off, for the projector.

This footage is part of the broadcast stock footage archive of Wilderness Films India Ltd., the largest collection of HD imagery from South Asia.
