Ingredients
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
2 Tbsp Sweetener

Choc drizzle
1/2 Cup Sugar free Chocolate Chips
2 tsp Coconut Oil

Directions for Ice Cream

Blend all the ingredients in the blender until smooth.

Place in a container and freeze for a few hours until it’s ready

If it’s been in the freezer a long time let it sit out to warm up before you eat it.

Directions Chocolate Drizzle

Place chocolate chips and oil in a small glass and heat it for 30 seconds in the microwave then take it out and stir it.
Place it back in the microwave for 15 seconds and take it out and stir it again. It should be ready to go but if there is a lot of lumps still then cook it another 10 seconds.

Drizzle over your ice cream and enjoy.
