Today is the 4th episode of my Birthday series . In this episode I am showing how I lost 3 kgs in exactly one month and a lot of my inches around my belly and arm area . I have shown my workout and my food plates of every meal .
But yes very body type is different and following my diet might give you results but it can be slow or fast . So consult an expert before doing intermittent fasting.
