Section 3-103a) authorization of special permits for certain designated species by
order of the Commission. – Director Wade Free
8. Director's Report
a. Calendar Items – discussion of upcoming department calendar items.
b. Agency Update – an update on current activity within each division.
c. Oklahoma Legislative Update
9. Presentation on the impact of the Wildlife License Modernization Act (SB 941) –
Andrea Crews, Chief of Administration.
10. Presentation of the November 30th Financial Reports and consideration and vote to
approve, amend, or reject miscellaneous donations – Andrea Crews.
11. Presentation of the FY 2024 Annual Financial Audit – Andrea Crews and Chance
Allison, Finley & Cook PLLC.
12. Consideration and vote to approve, amend, reject, or take other action on the
Department’s Vehicle Policy. – Andrea Crews.

13. New Business – Discussion of any matter not known about, or which could not have
been reasonably foreseen 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
14. Announce the February 3rd, 2025, Commission meeting will be in Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma.
