Mixed Reality (MR) creates a brand new holographic category and endless possibilities for how we can improve how people communicate, create, and explore by mixing the physical world and the virtual world together. MR redefines personal computing through holographic experiences by delivering new insight for creating, collaborating and bringing products and information to life in 3D. During this session, we will discuss real use cases for how companies have started their holographic journey and the implications for how they are transforming how they design, manufacture and assemble products, how they train and collaborate more effective results, and how they are creating new and engaging brand experiences.

Leila Martine, Director of New Devices, Microsoft UK is responsible for introducing new, innovative products to market, including HoloLens.

Leila is well placed to discuss Mixed Reality (MR), the intersection between the real and virtual worlds and how this technology is already driving transformation for customers today across a broad range of industries and scenarios.

Leila has held several senior positions at Microsoft where she has been responsible for leading business units. This has included leading the Central & Eastern Europe’s Server business and UK’s Windows Consumer and Windows Phone businesses.
