► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 8 Kettlebell Leg Exercises
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest)
✔️ Repeat All 8 Exercises x2 Sets
✔️ Finish With A 4-Minute AMRAP Burnout 🔥
