This Turnkey Production Line has been configured to fill 4 bottles at once, before fixing a Roll-On-Pilfer-Proof (ROPP) cap, and applying 2 labels to each bottle.

After the Posivac automatic liquid filling machine has filled the bottles, the conveyor system transports the bottles to the Posicap ROPP.

Meanwhile, a Hopper/Elevator conveys ROPP caps to a Vibrating Bowl Feeder which arranges and supplies the caps to the Posicap ROPP automatic capping machine.

Caps are automatically positioned onto the bottles and the ROPP Capping Head forms the cap around the bottle neck.

The capped bottles are then transported to the automatic labeller which simultaneously applies a label to the front and back of each bottle, before passing to a Rotary Collection Table for removal and packing.
