Railway platforms devoid of proper access from connecting roads

The ACC link railway line from BALT/Baltikuri Junction to BTNG/Bhattanagar is being doubled and it would require erudite planning on the part of the railway authorities for selecting location / site for platforms to alleviate the deficiencies of good connectivity with main road plaguing the Railway Station platforms at Kona and Baltikuri.
It seems, over the years, that faulty planning of the Railway authorities has not only resulted to loss in exchequer for the railways after having spent lakhs and crores of Public money but also failed miserably in removal of feeling of isolation from the people of adjoining areas (having very poor or no communication) situated around the two Railway platforms viz. Kona and Baltikuri junction on the HWH-Amta broad gauge line.
The Kona Rly. Station platform on the HWH-Amta broad gauge line is having no proper link / good connectivity with Benaras Road the life line of the locality from Salkia to Chanditala.
The said Kona Rail Station with single line platform at present, if shifted / relocated 150 mts. towards the junction point of Hwh-Amta Rly. line and the Andul Calcutta Chord (ACC) link railway line presently being doubled would provide direct access to Old Benaras Road (less than a 200 mts. away) thereby opening the flood-gates for the commuters to the Rly. Station.

This ideal platform location at the junction of two railway lines would be cost effective as it would crater to the needs of dual rail connectivity of Hwh-Amta Rly.line and the Andul Calcutta Chord (ACC) link railway.with single rail station named Kona Junction similar to Seoraphuli Junction on Eastern Railway Division.

Also the Baltikuri halt junction, though having existence in Google maps, is presently a non-existent Railway station with no Railway platforms as on date. Further its proposed location is devoid of any proper connectivity with Makardah Road . For convenience of the masses of the locality the location be shifted about 500 mts in the direction towards Bankra Nayabaz Railway Station to provide good connectivity with the Makardah Road .

This slight adjustment in planning will enable :-
(i) People across huge area to be benefited .
(ii) railways in providing safe and convenient mode of transport.
(iii) decongestion of areas in and around Benaras Road and Makardah Road.
