Dr. Gloria Lee draws on her 27 years of experience helping couples on the brink of divorce to share her unique methodology, blending Eastern collectivistic philosophy with Western psychology.

Participants will discover why standard communication skills training often fails and how to instead excavate the deeper wounds and patterns driving relationship dysfunction. Through case studies, interactive exercises, and open discussion, therapists will confront their own barriers to effective couples work—whether that's fear of conflict, limited training, or uncertainty about handling the complexity of two clients simultaneously.
