LFG Roland C.II 1/4 scale RC model. Plane was built by VNulk during an 8 year time period from original drawings after 12 years of research. Construction is nearly scale inside and out, wingspan of 99 in., weighs 31 lbs. and is powered with a G62 gas engine. Maiden flight was almost unmanageable and snapped on landing and amazingly resulted in minor lower port wing damage and parted rigging wires. Work still to be done to tame this Roland.
