Testing a Saigon, Vietnam Walking Tour that I Made 5 Years Ago

We are going on a walking tour of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Over 5 years ago we lived in Vietnam. While I was there I made this walking tour of Saigon. I picked out the must-see sights (Ben Thanh Market), added a few must-eat stops (pho), and viola!
The thing is... I never did test it out.
5 years later! We're back! And we're testing out the walking tour to see if it's do-able, and if it's actually fun.
