Ghevar ka Makeover with Ghevar Shots.
You can use fresh or leftover ghevar for this recipe.
I used leftover one.
This is an easy recipe where you assemble 3 things and an altogether new dish gets ready.

Ingredients
Ghevar (2 roundels for one shot glass)
Custard Powder 1 Tbsp
Milk 250 ml
Sugar 1 Tbsp
Whipping cream 100 ml
Almonds, Pistachio and Rose petals for garnishing.

1. Cut roundels from ghevar.
2. Mix custard powder with 1 tbsp milk and make smooth paste.
3. Heat remaining milk.
4. Add sugar.
5. Mix custard powder paste in it.
6. Keep stirring, Give it a boil.
7. Do not make very thick as it thickens after cooling.
8. Keep it in fridge.
9. Whip cream till peaks formed.

Assembly
1. Put one ghevar roundel in each shot glass.
2. Put 1 tbsp custard.
3. Again ghevar.
4. Pipe whipped cream.
5. Garnish with nuts etc.

Instead of whipped cream you can use custard only.
