अगर semen analysis report को ध्यान से पढ़े तो कोई भी sperm count जो 15 million से ज्यादा होता है या total sperm count 39 million से ज्यादा हो तो उसे normal sperm count कहा जाता है। पर यह समझना काफी महत्वपूर्ण है की कोनसे तरह के स्पर्म count का हम इलाज कर सकते है ? Sperm count जब 8 -15 million के बीच में होता है तब उसका ट्रीटमेंट हो सकता है। जिन लोगो का sperm count 5 million से कम रहता है , उनको IVF/ICSI करने की जरुरत पड़ती है।

जब भी हम sperm की anatomy समझने का प्रयास करते है तो , तो स्पर्म के सिर में DNA store हुआ होता है। जब sperm seminal fluid में secret होता है और जो anti oxidants होते है वह sperm को free radicals से protect करते है। जब कभी भी किसीभी कारण free radicals बढ़ जाते है तब sperm count poor हो जाता है। तो ऐसे में आप शराब पीना , स्ट्रेस लेना आदि चीज़ो को आप बंद कर सकते है। अच्छे lifestyle को आपको अपनानाहै है। मोटापा कम करना है।
ये सब करने के बावजूद भी स्पर्म count कम हो तो डॉक्टर antioxidants की गोलिया देते है। इसके साथ ही साथ डॉक्टर च्यवनप्राश खाने की भी सलाह देते है क्योकि इसमें antioxidants होते है ।
यह सारी therapy आपको तीन महीने केलिए करना चाहिए। इसके साथ कभी कभी parameter के हिसाब से टेस्ट करते है और उसके हिसाब से दवाइया दी जाती है।
