Dr Tim's Fishless Cycle of a Frag Tank - Part II - EPISODE 3

Cycling a frag tank can be a challenge as many of them do not have fish. We're going through the process of a fishless cycle using Dr TIm's One and Only along with some ammonia drops. In our last episode, we started using the 14 day success sheet provided by Dr Tim's. Unfortunately, after the first week we showed the the process didn't work. We lacked the normal amount of live rock and substrate that usually help provide surface area for the nitrifying bacteria to live.
