The 24th week of building our custom modern farmhouse. It sits on a 3.24 acre lot, nearly a full cul-de-sac, in a gated community right on Possum Kingdom Lake in Texas. It's a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath house covering 3,200 square feet of finished space, there's an additional 700 square feet of unfinished space for later projects giving a total of 3,900 square feet. All bedrooms are suites with the 3rd being a studio apartment for our son. The porte cochere connects the main house with the separate 1-car garage, making a total of 3 cars' worth of garage space.

Almost all of the tile work is now complete and great progress is being made by the trim carpenters. The large common area is where I'll display my arcade games and kiosks.
