It was a chaotic afternoon navigating through Kathmandu, Nepal, but in the end totally worth it. For an outsider like myself, Kathmandu can be extremely overwhelming between the traffic, crowds, noise, and vibrant colors. Getting lost several times bus hoping via public transportation at the rate of 25 rupees ($0.21 USD) per ride and Subash Poudyal's limited time I was under the impression the loft tour was not going to happen.

My flight to return back to the US was the next day leaving me with no time to reschedule. Fortunately, with the help of my cousins (Devnath and Rohita) and Subash's patience, I was lucky enough to catch him in time for one of my most memorable pigeon loft tours to date.
